We do not drop ship. We try to hold as much stock as possible. Stock counts on the website should be accurate, to let you know whether it’s in stock or not.

We will take customer orders, but during this Covid period, there are delays getting stock from overseas.

We ship Australia wide using Aussie Post. You choose either Standard mail or Express post. Once your order is received we will pick your order and send within 48hours.

If your product arrives damaged ( we check all outgoing orders ), take some photos, send it back and we’ll send you a new one. If we don’t have stock you can wait for back orders or have your money back.

Our products are mainly wooden. Wood is great but not indestructible. If a product is faulty and doesn’t perform as required, we will replace or refund. If it has been broken due to accident or heavy use … it is not covered. 

At this stage we have to source from China. In 2022 we expect to be manufacturing  some toys locally.
